Rates (tax not included)

Boarding: 1 dog: $50 per night off peak
$55 per night during peak season*
(*Peak Season-Christmas, Winter & School Breaks, Summer-June thru Labor Day and during the Holidays)
Boarding 2+ dogs from the same family if boarded together: 5% discount per night, if boarded together

Daycare: 1 full day $35 plus per dog (tax included)
Daycare packages available (Packages are transferable, but not refundable)

4 Day Package is $128 plus tax $138.24

8 Day Package is $248 plus tax $267.84

16 Day Package is $480 plus tax $518.40

Training: Home visit w/in Webster or Ontario $175/ hour
Outside Webster or Ontario, please inquire- -Training: 6 week, 1 hour per week classes at our facility $225 (We are not offering training or classes as of 12/19) We do have several local trainers we recommend.

What the Rates Include

Boarding rate includes:
-Daycare ($35 value)-
-Over 4 hours of supervised play time daily
-At least 5 potty breaks outside

-Feeding 1-3 meals of owner supplied food
-Owner supplied treats
-Yogurt/ Peanut Butter Frozen Stuffed Kong upon request
-Lots of one on one attention
-All the pup social time they would like
-A 'spiff up' for each pup before going home

Daycare rate includes:
-Hours of supervised playtime w/ dogs and staff
-Unlimited socialization w/ other social dogs
-Fun and attention from dogs and humans
-A 'spiff up' for each pup before they go home

What rates do not include:

-Tax (Except the daily daycare rate)
-Bully stick of appropriate size $5
-Kennel food (although we suggest owner supplied food) $5 per meal
-Off hours or holiday appointment may be available for a fee of $25,

depending on our schedule
-$5 per night for extra care-4+ meds/treatments per day and

                puppies/elderly
  -$3 per night for 1-3 meds/treatments a day
  -$20-$40 per visit, depending on the stay length, for elderly or not fully    potty trained pups (This fee covers extra breaks, extra cleaning, laundering and spot cleaning bath as necessary)

Appointment Hours:
Tuesday-Thursday (Refer to particular service page)

Monday & Friday: 8:30-9:30am or 3:30-4:30pm Saturday & Sunday: 11am-1pm

We do require appointments, but we understand that things can change. Please respect our time by informing us of possible changes and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Late fees will be charged for not adhering to set appointments; we follow a schedule so that all dogs in our care get ample playtime and attention. We charge $10 for every 10 minutes late for our set appointment up to 30 minutes late, then we require a rescheduled appointment

Daycare offered on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays

Closed for appointments: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve (limited hours), Christmas Day, New Year's Eve (limited hours) and New Year's Day.

During peak season and weekends, we require a 2 night minimum stay

All dogs must be up to date on all shots (rabies, distemper and bordetella-at least 7-10 days before their stay), flea & heartworm medication and a negative fecal within the past 12 months

Dogs must be healthy, well socialized, well mannered, at least 10 weeks of age, and spayed or neutered over 6 months of age, unless we have discussed other possibilities

No show for Daycare $30

No show/cancellation less than 24 hrs for Boarding $50

No show/cancellation less than 5 days prior during busy /holiday times for boarding $50
